Established in 2019, TAO Solutions Asia Pacific operations supports several financial services firms across a number of asset classes and use cases. Our regional office is located in Sydney, Australia. 

Supporting both local and international markets, TAO Solutions introduces innovative, cutting edge software to address the growing needs of the region's financial services industry.  In November 2025, we launched Sculpt, our new Optimisation Intelligence Solver, providing a stand-alone (as well as part of SecureHub) solution that addresses funding, pool-cutting, portfolio rebalancing and regulatory compliance needs.  This is in addition to overall enhancements to our SecureHub platform that makes it totally configurable by our customers, from data ingestion to transaction modelling and related reporting.

TAO Solutions Asia Pacific has extensive experience relating to the intricacies of the various local markets and the needs of both large scale and new entrants to the market.  Our technology is designed to allow issuers, lenders and trustees the ability to leverage a variety of functionality to suit existing workflows.  Representing one of the few vendors with a complete end-to-end solution, our approach enables customers to receive maximum flexibility to cater for evolving markets and use cases.

From an issuer's perspective, SecureHub is an asset-class-agnostic, multi-jurisdictional toolkit that can be hosted or installed on-premises.  We support a variety of transaction types: securitisation warehouses; term transactions; covered bond; central bank repurchase facilities; and significant risk transfers. 

From a bank-lender perspective, SecureHub is the world's number one asset-backed commercial paper conduit administration software provider, with our technology extended to support securitisation warehouse administration; fund finance securitisations; capital call securitisations and private credit securitisations.

Representing a software and services provider to circa 20% of the world's top 50 banks with more than US$1 trillion administered on our technologies, TAO Solutions is a member of the Australian Securitisation Forum, European Covered Bond Congress, Structured Finance Association, and participates in a number of conferences and events during the calendar year.
